Black Belt Cichlid (Vieja maculicauda) is a large and impressive Central American species known for its signature black horizontal band and powerful presence. This 5-inch Florida-raised specimen is already developing the characteristics that make Black Belt Cichlids a favorite among keepers of large cichlids. Native to the rivers and lakes of Central America, these fish are admired for their unique markings, intelligence, and bold personalities.
